Job summary

Csod is seeking an Assistant Category Manager for the Beauty Business in the Philippines. The role focuses on the smooth execution of online and offline category plans to drive growth in sales, margins, and profitability through trade promotions, supplier negotiations, and maintaining product range.

You will conduct regular supplier meetings, develop the range to meet customer needs, and ensure category targets are met across platforms while upholding company policies and stock governance.

Responsibilities

• 100% completion of all required agreements, documentations and/or processes (TTA, promotions) according to agreed timeline.
• Conducting regular alignment meeting with suppliers to review promotions, pricing, stock management and other relevant initiatives across all the business platforms we operate.
• Complete range to widen offerings within the categories to address customers' needs and wants
• Category / Range development and achieving targets based on the agreement and ensure range assortment is available at the store level
• Analyzing current offerings and fill-in the gaps to complete range
• Inventory management, achieving targets of stock weeks cover and slow-moving stocks, and ensuring sufficient stocks during promotions
• 98% compliance on ROS and 100% compliance on Company Policies and Business Process and Procedures
• 100% Delivery of Category Sales, Gross Profit, Other Income and GOBE Sales Participation
• Achieving Market Share targets

JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Category Manager, Trading Beauty is responsible for smooth execution of the developed online and offline category plans to bring positive growth in sales, margins and profitability through: (1) trade promotions and activities, (2) supplier negotiations (minor suppliers), (3) maintain product range assortment, (4) process compliance, (5) market, customer and competition analysis, and (6) basic online and offline merchandising.
