Job summary

Nespresso Ph (Exclusively distributed by Novateur Coffee Concepts, Inc,) is seeking an Accounting Manager in Taguig to lead the Accounting Department and oversee its day-to-day operations.

You will manage general accounting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual statements while ensuring compliance with Philippine standards and tax regulations. Coordination with BIR, auditors, banks, and other stakeholders is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Accounting Department and its day-to-day operations.
• Oversee general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate with BIR officers regarding tax compliance, inquiries, assessments, audits, and other related matters.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain effective accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Review reconciliations, journal entries, and other accounting schedules.
