Job summary

The SM Store (SM Mart Inc.) in Cebu City is seeking a supervisor to oversee day-to-day office supplies inventory across branches and to ensure accuracy of all accountable items. You will support monitoring, documentation, and disposal of fixed assets, furniture, and equipment in line with company policies.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and at least two years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (BA/IE/SCM).
• 2+ years in inventory control, logistics, warehousing, or asset management.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and fixed asset administration.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee periodic inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy and accountability
• Monitor branch compliance with established procedures for asset disposal, selling activities, and inventory management
• Coordinate and track fixed assets requiring repair, maintenance, or replacement
• Ensure timely processing, issuance, and replenishment of office supplies across branches
• Prepare inventory and asset monitoring reports and recommend corrective actions when necessary
