HSBC Holdings plc is seeking an experienced Vice President to lead Asset Servicing in a hybrid work environment in the NCR region. You will oversee Event Capture, Corporate Actions, Income and Middle Office, while coordinating with upstream and downstream functions to ensure accurate processing.

The role requires strong leadership, client-facing skills and a deep understanding of KPI/KRI measures. You will drive service quality, process improvements and escalation management across global teams,

Formación

• Ideally degree-educated in finance or related field.
• Experience in asset servicing or middle office roles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, KRIs and control frameworks.
