Job summary

Chinabank PH is seeking an experienced professional to manage and dispose Real & Other Properties Acquired (ROPA). The role requires coordinating with government agencies and lending institutions, and presenting testimonial evidence in court as needed.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of relevant experience, a business management background, and strong MS Office skills. Knowledge of real estate laws and procedures is essential for compliance and efficient asset disposition.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply and implement basic procedures to ensure consolidated Real & Other Properties Acquired (ROPA) are free from impediments and available for disposal.
• Coordinate with government agencies and lending institutions.
• Provide testimonial evidence in judicial court proceedings.
• Handle documentation of Sale and compromise settlements.
• Register sale, cancellation of lien, mortgage, etc. of real estate collaterals of a bank.
• Exposure to property appraisals and the bank's marketing units (lending).

Job description

Apply and implement the basic procedures prescribed by law to ensure that consolidated Real & Other Properties Acquired (ROPA) of the bank, are free from impediments and available for disposal by Acquired Assets Marketing Unit.

Educational Background:

College Graduate - Business management of a reputable school, however, units in legal management is an advantage

Professional Experience:

Three (3) year experience in the field of handling real estate remedial issues, such as:

• Negotiated for the acquisition and disposal of real estate property
• Coordinated with various government agencies and other lending institutions
• Provided testimonial evidence in judicial court proceedings
• Handled documentation of Sale and compromise settlements
• Registered sale, cancellation of lien, mortgage, etc. of real estate collaterals of a bank
• Exposure to Property Appraisals and bank's marketing units (lending)

Knowledge/ Skills Required:

• Well-versed in relevant Real Estate Laws/ Procedures
• Verbally communicates with different types of personalities and writes formal communcations
• Uses basic features of Microsoft Office
• Conducts researches and takes advantage of applications provided online
• Ability to adapt to new laws, procedures, policies, systems and technological advancements

Able to communicate with CBC Unit Heads/ Officers; Government Employees; Clients with strong personalities
