Job summary

Metrobank, Philippines, seeks an Assets Resolution & Registration Officer in Taguig City to manage consolidation, registration, and transfer of foreclosed, acquired and bank-owned properties.

You will coordinate with BIR, Registry of Deeds, Assessor’s Office and LGUs, perform documentation, and support paralegal activities within the Legal & Remedial Services Group. This role offers growth and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 or more than 3 years related experience.
• Banking experience is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities

• Process consolidation, registration and transfer of foreclosed, acquired and sold ROPAs and bank-owned properties.
• Regularizes documentary infirmities / deficiencies of ROPAs and bank-owned properties.
• Acts as paralegal and liaison officer of the Bank in various government agencies and LGUs.
• Coordinates and conducts ocular inspection of the properties with the local government units.
• Prepares status reports and assists in management/audit responses.
• Performs other related functions as assigned.
