Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking an individual to monitor and manage company assets within Metro Manila. The role focuses on asset transfers, disposals, replacements, and maintaining asset records for both consumables and capitalized items.

You will retrieve procurement references for transfers and disposals to support PEZA processing, conduct assets inventory/spot checks, and verify asset accountability for resignations, acting as the POC for FAMU monitoring records.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset tracking and asset lifecycle management.
• Strong numerical accuracy and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with PEZA procedures or similar regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor transfers, disposal, and replacement of assets via Asset Management File.
• Maintain records of issued assets/items (consumables or capitalized items).
• Retrieve procurement references for item transfers and disposals for PEZA processing.
• Conduct regular inventory/spot checks of company assets.
• Verify resigning employees' accountabilities for clearance.
