Job summary

WalterMart Supermarket, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Inventory Officer responsible for implementing control procedures and ensuring the security of company assets across cash, inventory, documents, data, receivables and fixed assets.

You will uphold inventory accuracy, assist in enforcing control standards, lead training for the Control team, drive process excellence in selling, front end and warehouse operations, and ensure timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement as stated.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in control, audit and inventory.
• Willing to be assigned temporarily at WM Mabacalat or San Fernando until WM Porac becomes operational.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety and security of the company assets that includes cash, inventory, documents, data, receivables, and fixed assets
• Ensures inventory accuracy Assists in the implementation of the control standards
• In-charge on the training and development of the Control personnel
• Ensures that all the standards are implemented as a process champion of selling, front end, warehouse operations and clearing procedures
• Ensures the accuracy and timely submission of reports
