Job summary

Waltermart Supermarket in Bulacan is seeking a detail-oriented controls professional for an on-site role. You will support training, asset security, and timely reporting across store operations.

Responsibilities include safeguarding assets, ensuring inventory accuracy, and implementing control standards to improve efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or Administration related courses.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in control, audit and inventory.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety and security of company assets including cash, inventory, documents, data, receivables, and fixed assets.
• Ensures inventory accuracy.
• Assists in the implementation of the control standards.
• In-charge on the training and development of the Control personnel.
• Ensures that all the standards are implemented as a process champion of selling, front end, warehouse operations and clearing procedures.
• Ensures the accuracy and timely submission of reports.
