Job summary

Tech Mahindra Philippines is seeking an Asset Coordinator (Solar Power) to support the Asset Management team with scheduling service works, creating NetSuite cases, and coordinating inductions for contractors at the Eastwood office during Australian work hours.

The role emphasizes organizing, vendor invoicing, and stakeholder coordination to drive decarbonisation projects and global energy initiatives. Previous admin experience in renewables is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
• Highly organized and experienced in using Microsoft Office Package, Oracle NetSuite preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management capability, including demonstrated customer focus essential.
• Management of third‑party contractors, not essential but will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Asset Management team to ensure ad hoc and planned service works are scheduled in a safe and timely manner
• Raising purchase orders for contractors and vendors against correct service cases
• Quoting and invoicing customers for service works and repairs
• Arrange on‑site inductions through portals like Rapid Global
• Create a Service NetSuite Case
• Engage an appropriate local contractor
• Support inductions and safety documentation for contractors with prior customer access

Your Day-to-Day

• Supporting the Asset Management team to ensure ad hoc and planned service works are scheduled in a safe and timely manner

• Create a Service NetSuite Case
• Engage an appropriate local contractor
• Support the Asset Management team to arrange inductions and safety documentation for contractors with prior customer access permissions for any onsite service work.
• Invoicing vendors for warranty claim, as required.
