Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking an Assistant Manager for Solar Asset Performance in Quezon City. You will lead a team of asset engineers, monitor PV systems via advanced platforms, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.

You will manage service inquiries, warranty claims, and supplier engagement, while ensuring accurate NetSuite documentation and regular performance reports for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of solar asset management, performance engineering, or O&M experience.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, monitoring platforms (VCOM, SCADA), and performance analysis tools (PVsyst, NetSuite).
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, manage service cases, and oversee reporting requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of asset engineers, overseeing remote system investigations and performance analysis.
• Monitor solar PV systems via platforms (VCOM, NetSuite) to identify issues and optimization opportunities.
• Troubleshoot faults and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Manage service inquiries, warranty claims, and supplier engagement for support and parts.
• Oversee creation of service orders, BOMs, and accurate NetSuite documentation.
• Generate and present performance reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to deliver operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with O&M contracts, inspections, and regulatory requirements (including LGC submissions).

Your Day-to-Day

• Lead and mentor a team of asset engineers, overseeing remote system investigations and performance analysis.
• Monitor solar PV systems via advanced platforms (e.g., VCOM, NetSuite) to identify issues, defects, and optimization opportunities.
• Troubleshoot system faults and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Manage service inquiries, warranty claims, and supplier engagement for technical support and replacement parts.
• Oversee creation of service orders, bills of materials, and accurate documentation in NetSuite.
• Generate and present performance reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to deliver operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with O&M contracts, inspections, and regulatory requirements (including LGC submissions).

What We Are Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in solar asset management, performance engineering, or O&M.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, monitoring platforms (e.g., VCOM, SCADA), and performance analysis tools (e.g., PVsyst, NetSuite).
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, manage service cases, and oversee reporting requirements.
• Good communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising across suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Leadership experience in managing technical teams is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site in Eastwood, Quezon City, and amenable to a shifting schedule.
