• Performs in-process and final inspection, can do functionality checks and testing of devices for kits and spares according to assembly quality and safety standards using assembly part check sheets and MSDS/SDS data sheets.
• Participates with supervisor to formulate new rules and procedures to improve efficiency using written assembly procedures and work instructions.
• Maintains performance level as required; determines and corrects minor equipment and tooling malfunctions and performs 5S in the work area before, during and after work.
• Prints documents such as assembly aid drawings and check sheets as required by procedure.
• Posts job accomplishment in Shop Clock Oracle to get real-time usage.

Job Description:

1. Assembles all kinds of kits and spares that are required to deliver based on the target delivery date with quality assembled part using assembly aid drawing and required tools.

2. Performs in-process and final inspection, can do functionality checks and testing of device for kits and spares in accordance with the established assembly quality and safety standard using assembly part check sheet and MSDS/SDS data sheet.

3. Participates/cooperates with his superior in formulating new rules and procedures to make us effective and efficient using written assembly procedure and work instruction.

4. Maintains a level of performance as required by his / her position level. Determine and correct minor equipment and tooling malfunctions and perform 5S in his work area/s before, during and after work.

5. Prints documents such as assembly aid drawing, check sheet, etc. as required in the procedure.

6. Posts job accomplishment in Shop clock Oracle to get the real time used.
