Job summary

Deel is seeking a Solutions Engineer (Consultant) in the Philippines to partner with go-to-market teams and internal groups to drive customer success. You will support prospective clients as they evaluate Deel's platform, delivering credible technical demonstrations and tailored integration guidance.

You will own solution discovery, RFP responses, platform demonstrations, and architecture workshops, translating customer needs into actionable designs while collaborating closely with Product,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales.
• Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles including discovery, demos, security reviews, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of SaaS delivery and integration approaches (APIs, SSO/SAML, HRIS/ERP/Finance).
• Comfortable leading technical conversations with IT, Security, Ops, Finance, HR.

Responsibilities

• Showcase Deel's platform value to prospective customers with technical credibility.
• Assess customer processes, identify gaps, and propose future-state solutions.
• Be the technical voice during sales cycles: discovery, RFPs, demos, and workshops.
• Translate requirements into designs and align stakeholders on scope and success.
