Job summary

Bloomberry Resorts And Hotels Inc. seeks a senior art director to set the visual direction for its premium and mass-market brands, turning briefs into campaign concepts with the Copywriter and leading a team of designers.

You will manage the creative queue, produce and approve assets across KVs, video, banners, print, OOH and events, build design systems, and ensure campaigns meet PAGCOR rules. Strong leadership and Adobe/Figma skills required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in design or advertising with at least 3 years as an Art Director or design lead.
• Portfolio showing work for premium and mass-market brands, including performance and digital creative.
• Agency, online gaming, e-commerce or app experience preferred.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; comfortable with motion tools and AI-assisted production.
• Experience art-directing shoots and large-format OOH.
• Ability to explain creative decisions to non-creatives and take commercial feedback.

Responsibilities

• Set the visual direction for each brand: premium/restraint for SO, bold/mass-market for FAM.
• Turn briefs from Brand Marketing Managers into campaign concepts and KVs, working with the Copywriter.
• Lead, hire and develop designers, motion designers and video editors; set workflows and SLAs.
• Manage the creative request queue across brand, acquisition, CRM and product; prioritize and deliver on time.
• Produce and approve campaign KVs, video and motion, performance ad variants, banners, print, OOH and event artwork.
• Build and maintain design systems, templates and asset libraries for both brands.
• Art-direct photo and video shoots; manage freelancers and production houses.
• Handover print-ready and build-ready files to Production Manager and media vendors.
• Ensure all visuals meet brand guidelines, PAGCOR advertising rules and responsible gaming requirements.
