Bridging brand strategy with spatial storytelling, this role focuses on high-level direction, concept pitching, and team collaboration. You will drive the visual vision for live events, flagship activations, pop-ups, and multi-channel campaigns—presenting concepts to clients and partners, and guiding execution from initial deck through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Art Direction & Brand Fidelity: Maintain visual consistency, high production value, and impactful storytelling across event touchpoints. Translate brand guidelines, positioning, and messaging into 3D stage environments, scenic builds, and environmental graphics.

Concept & Asset Approval: Create and refine 3D spatial renders, storyboards, floor plans, shot lists, and style guides. Direct visual ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting to communicate core messages clearly.

Multi-Channel Management: Support visual asset creation across print, digital, motion graphics, and live event environments.

Team Leadership & Collaboration: Partner with internal production, account, and strategy teams alongside external fabricators, lighting designers, and technical AV vendors. Mentor junior designers, assist with production workflows, and participate in internal creative workshops.
