and host-nation personnel to ensure secure intake, sorting, and distribution of all classes of mail in accordance with DoD and USPS directives. The role requires at least 3 years of postal experience and supervisory exposure, a U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise postal operations at geography-separated locations in the Philippines to include customer window, secure transportation, sorting, scanning, and distribution of all classes of postal/official mail for the US Army mission.
• Review policy and procedures and train workforce to ensure daily execution of program goals; provide technical expertise in workload requirements.
• APO Operational Planning/employee workload management; Employee training; Secure mail transportation between postal sites.
