V2X is seeking a qualified Postal Operations Supervisor to oversee mail intake, sorting, and distribution for the U.S. Army mission in the Philippines, including Clark, Fort Magsaysay, and Aliaga. The role directs a mixed team of U.S.
and host‑nation personnel and ensures compliance with DoD and USPS directives. You will supervise postal operations, train staff, manage workloads, coordinate secure transportation, and prepare required reports.
This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP
Implement standards, local policies, and overarching plans for U.S. Army postal operations at Clark, Fort Magsaysay, and Aliaga in the Philippines. Direct, coordinate, and supervise activities through a team of U.S. and host‑nation civilian personnel. Oversee postal programs to ensure the secure intake, dispatch, sorting, and distribution of mail to authorized personnel within the Area of Responsibility (AOR), in compliance with DoD, USPS, and U.S. Army directives.

Directly supervises postal operations at the geography separated locations in the Philippines to include customer window, secure transportation, sorting, scanning, distribution of all class of persona//official mail supporting the US Army mission.
Reviews policy and procedures and train workforce to ensure daily execution of programs goals, objectives ae adequately met.Provides technical expertise in reviewing requirements relating to workload, which significantly impacts and contributes to successful accomplishment of the postal mission.

High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Associate’s degree is preferred.
Must be a US Citizen.
Security Clearance Level: Secret
Must possess a current U.S. Driver's License or Current Driver's License for overseas.
Must be able to obtain a local Philippines Driver's License.
Must have three (3) years of postal experience
Must have two (2) years of supervisory experience; Two (2) associate degree may substitute for experience
Supervises the Postal supervisors under his/her span of control budget; tracks labor and other relevant budgetary concerns.
Work is generally conducted in an office environment. However, duties may involve working outdoors with a potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions, specifically desert heat.
