Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Ariba and SAP ERP systems.
• Experience with E-catalogs implementation and maintenance.
• Experience in large-scale sourcing and multinational organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ariba tool support and end user daily support.
• Issue resolutions connected with ARIBA and ERPs systems connections.
• Collaboration with IT team and PO output issues support.
• IT ticket creation via SNOW ticketing system.
• SAP Ariba regular or on demand trainings.
• Support IT team in testing part as Expert.
• Change Requests (CR) creation and follow up in collaboration with IT.
• E-catalogs enablement implementation, maintenance and support.
• Ariba generic e-mails box handling.
• Ariba Key Users community set up across regular meetings and Ariba Eva page maintenance.
