Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in retail, gas station, convenience store, or multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership, people management, coaching, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
• Willing to travel frequently, conduct field visits, and work flexible schedules.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
