Job summary

Promethium Marketing Company in Cavite is seeking an Assistant Station Supervisor (Fuel) for a Bacoor on-site role. The position requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree, and is offered as full-time.

You will supervise gas station attendants and cashiers, manage fuel and merchandise inventories, ensure cash and non-cash sales accuracy, submit fuel orders on time, monitor daily management reports, troubleshoot pumps, and coach staff to improve customer service.

Qualifications

• College level or any 4-year course.
• With at least 1 year similar working experience.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Results-driven.
• Self-starter, organized, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, supervise and ensure that all Gas Station Attendants & Cashiers adhere to store policies.
