Job summary

Delex Pharma International, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead Medical Representatives in Eastern and Southern Metro Manila, manage hospital accounts, and drive growth.

You will develop area plans, coach the sales team, monitor performance, and ensure compliant, ethical promotion while traveling within assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, especially in hospital channel, is preferred.
• Experience in managing Medical Representatives or leading a sales team is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in sales analysis, reporting, forecasting, and territory planning.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Medical Representatives within the assigned area by setting performance expectations and coaching.
• Oversee key hospital accounts, building relationships with physicians, pharmacists, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.

About the role

Join Delex Pharma International, Inc. as an Area Sales Manager and take the next step in your sales leadership career. You will manage and lead Medical Representatives within the assigned area, oversee key hospital accounts, and drive business growth across Eastern and Southern Metro Manila.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead Medical Representatives (MRs) within the assigned area by setting performance expectations, monitoring sales activities, providing coaching, and conducting regular field visits
• Oversee key hospital accounts within the assigned area, building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, hospital administrators, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders
• Develop and implement area sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets, strengthen market presence, and drive business growth
• Identify new business opportunities, expand hospital account coverage, and improve product penetration within the assigned territory
• Monitor sales performance, evaluate market trends, and provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and business insights
• Conduct joint fieldwork, product presentations, and account development activities to enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement
• Ensure that all sales activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical promotion standards

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Business, or any related field
• Preferably with experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, particularly in the hospital channel
• Previous experience in managing Medical Representatives, leading a sales team, or handling key hospital accounts is an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in sales analysis, reporting, forecasting, and territory planning
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets, develop business opportunities, and manage customer relationships
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel within assigned territories
