Job summary

Brady Pharma Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth in the Visayas region. The role focuses on Dermatology products, leading a field sales team, and expanding presence across major retailers. In-person work location and day-to-day management are expected for this full-time position.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of managerial experience in pharma, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record in dermatology product lines. Visayas territory handling is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 to 5 years' experience as manager in the same field.
• Solid experience in Pharmaceutical Sales & Management.
• Exposure in the field of Derma lines.
• Strong leadership skills, excellent oral, and written communication skills.
• Above average interpersonal skills, independent and mature business acumen.
• Willing to handle the Visayas Area.
