Job summary

World Vision International invites applications for a Program Officer in Bukidnon Area Development Program. The role represents WVDF in the assigned municipality, ensuring effective, timely, and high-quality implementation of the Country Strategy through collaboration with CBOs, LGUs, line agencies, faith-based groups, schools, private sector partners, and other stakeholders.

Using the Area Program Approach (APA) and the Integrated Programming Framework (IPF), the officer ensures contributions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
2+ years of experience in NGO program implementation.
Experience with Local Government Units and community organizations.
Excellent communication, networking, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Identifies and coordinates primary implementing partners and signs Community Shared Plans or Partnership Agreements.
Prepares and submits timely, contextualized annual implementation plans and tracks progress against targets.
Collaborates with government partners and BCPC to address child wellbeing concerns.
Prepares and submits monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports (CESP and TP).
Coordinates training of local agencies or institutions for project models.
