Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.
• Licensed Pharmacist with valid PRC license.
• 1–2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably with supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the fulfillment team.
• Supervise and support staff to ensure efficient performance.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications.
• Review and verify prescriptions in compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Manage medication inventory, including ordering and stock levels.
• Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and quality standards.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Address customer concerns and help ensure a positive patient experience.
• Prepare operational reports and perform other duties as assigned.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy operations department. The successful candidate will ensure efficient workflow, regulatory compliance, inventory management, and the safe and accurate dispensing of medications. This role also involves leading the pharmacy team and collaborating with physicians, wellness consultants, nutritionists, administrative staff, and other departments to provide high-quality patient care and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the fulfillment team.
• Supervise and support staff to ensure efficient and high-quality performance.
• Ensure the safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications.
• Review and verify prescriptions in compliance with pharmacy regulations and company standards.
• Manage medication inventory, including ordering, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing shortages and wastage.
• Develop and implement pharmacy policies, procedures, and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws, regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient medication needs.
• Address customer concerns and help ensure a positive patient experience.
• Prepare operational reports and perform other duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Must be a Licensed Pharmacist with a valid PRC license.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably with supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work weekends or holidays when needed.
