Job summary

Alfamart is seeking an Area Coordinator to oversee the efficient and profitable operations of assigned stores, ensure consistent customer service, achieve sales targets, and implement company policies and standards.

In this role, you will manage store employees through coaching, performance evaluation, scheduling, and task assignment, while developing safe and positive work environments for operations personnel in Floridablanca and Lubao, Pampanga.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship or related field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in food and manufacturing, FMCG, convenience stores or restaurant industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with SWOT analysis, forecasting, sales and cost analysis.
• Background in manpower planning and scheduling.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of stores within assigned area.
• Supervise and guide a team of professionals to maximize revenue.
• Develop a safe and positive work environment for operations personnel.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services.
• Analyze expenses and sales income and find opportunities for cost-effectiveness profitability.
• Assist in interviewing, recruiting and training operations personnel.
• Train store personnel on daily responsibilities, promotions, and customer service.
• Evaluate performance of store leaders and develop career plans.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed by all store personnel.
