Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is looking for an Area Coordinator to oversee store operations within the assigned area, drive sales, and ensure policy compliance.

You will manage store staff through coaching, scheduling, and performance reviews to sustain a high standard of service. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and customer management abilities, and willingness to be assigned to multiple Bulacan locations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in food, manufacturing, FMCG, convenience stores or restaurant sectors.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem solving and time management.
• Familiar with SWOT, forecasting, sales and cost analysis.
• Background in manpower planning and scheduling.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Willing to be assigned to Marilao, SJDM, Bocaue, Sta. Maria in Bulacan.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an Area Coordinator who will oversee the efficient and profitable operations of assigned stores, create consistent customer service, achieve sales targets, and implement company policies and standards. In this role, you will also manage store employees through coaching, performance evaluation, scheduling, and task assignment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily operations of stores within assigned area

• Supervise and guide a team of professionals to maximize revenue

• Develop safe and positive work environment for operations personnel

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and quality services

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE PART OF THE TEAM

• Must have a bachelor's degree of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship or in a related field.

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in food and manufacturing companies, fast-moving consumer goods, convenience stores and the restaurant industry.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem management, and time management

• Familiar with SWOT Analysis, Forecasting, Sales and Cost Analysis

• Has a background in Manpower Planning and Scheduling

• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.

• Willing to be assigned: Marilao, Bulacan, SJDM, Bulacan, Bocaue, Bulacan, Sta. Maria Bulacan
