Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Area Coordinator to oversee the efficient and profitable operations of assigned stores in Calamba, Laguna.

You will ensure consistent customer service, hit sales targets, and implement company policies and standards while coaching and scheduling store staff. Reporting to the regional operations team, you will manage costs, analyze performance, and develop career plans for store leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in food and manufacturing, FMCG, convenience stores or restaurant industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem management, and time management.
• Familiar with SWOT analysis, forecasting, sales and cost analysis.
• Has a background in manpower planning and scheduling.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Willing to be assigned: Calamba, Laguna.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an Area Coordinator who will oversee the efficient and profitable operations of assigned stores, ensure consistent customer service, achieve sales targets, and implement company policies and standards. In this role, you will also manage store employees through coaching, performance evaluation, scheduling, and task assignment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily operations of stores within assigned area

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE PART OF THE TEAM

• Must have a bachelor's degree of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship or in a related field.

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in food and manufacturing companies, fast-moving consumer goods, convenience stores and the restaurant industry.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem management, and time management

• Familiar with SWOT Analysis, Forecasting, Sales and Cost Analysis

• Has a background in Manpower Planning and Scheduling

• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.

• Willing to be assigned: Calamba, Laguna
