Job summary

Le Bron Construction is looking for an Architect to prepare architectural plans, drawings, and design documents in Manila. You will review drawings for accuracy, coordinate with engineers, project managers, and construction staff, and prepare documents for proposals, bidding, and construction.

You will assist with building permits, site visits, and ensure compliance with codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to prepare and organize documents for project submissions.
• Ability to respond to architectural concerns and technical inquiries.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Ability to communicate with suppliers and contractors regarding materials and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural plans, drawings, layouts, and design documents.
• Review architectural drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other construction personnel.
• Prepare documents needed for project proposals, bidding, and construction.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of building permits and other government requirements.
• Conduct site visits and inspections when necessary.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that architectural works follow approved plans and specifications.
• Prepare revisions and modifications to architectural plans when required.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors regarding architectural concerns.
• Assist in material selection and ensure that materials meet project specifications.
• Maintain organized records of architectural drawings, plans, and project documents.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Provide technical support and recommendations to the project and construction teams.
• Assist in preparing project reports and updates for management.
• Perform other tasks related to the position as assigned by management.
