Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare architectural plans, designs, layouts, and technical drawings for company projects.
• Create and revise drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure proper project implementation.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Review project requirements, materials, dimensions, and construction details for accuracy and quality.
• Assist in securing and preparing documents required for building permits and other regulatory approvals.
• Provide design solutions and recommendations based on project requirements, budget, and site conditions.
• Monitor project timelines and assist in ensuring that projects are completed according to approved plans and standards.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, estimates, and other architectural documentation as needed.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.
