Job summary

Desq Design Studio in Paranaque City, Metro Manila is seeking a talented Architectural Draftsman to turn clients' visions into precise drawings. You will produce 2D and 3D drawings, interpret requirements, and collaborate with architects and construction teams.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting and at least 1 year of experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, strong technical drawing and 3D modelling skills, and knowledge of building codes.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Architectural Draftsman.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and other design software.
Strong technical drawing and 3D modelling skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.

Responsibilities

Produce high-quality 2D and 3D architectural drawings, plans, and models.
Interpret project requirements to create accurate construction documentation.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and construction teams to reflect design intent.
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and project materials.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Contribute to process improvements and documentation standards.
