Job summary

Desq Design Studio in Paranaque City, Metro Manila is seeking a talented Architectural Draftsman to turn clients' visions into precise drawings. You will produce 2D and 3D drawings, interpret requirements, and collaborate with architects and construction teams.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting and at least 1 year of experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, strong technical drawing and 3D modelling skills, and knowledge of building codes.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Architectural Draftsman.

The opportunity

Desq Design Studio | Desq Construction is looking for a talented and experienced Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As an Architectural Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' architectural visions to life through detailed and precise technical drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high-quality 2D and 3D architectural drawings, plans, and models using AutoCAD, Revit and other design software
• Interpret project requirements and specifications to create accurate construction documentation
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and construction teams to ensure the design intent is accurately reflected in the technical drawings
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other project materials
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, building codes, and regulations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and documentation standards

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting or a related field
• Minimum 1 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman, preferably in a design studio or architectural firm
