Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Architectural Designer (Architect) to research, program, plan and design building projects, ensuring compliance with codes and materials knowledge. You will produce conceptual plans, renderings and documents, coordinating with Project Manager and sub-consultants to integrate engineering elements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, 1–2 years of architectural design experience, and is enthusiastic, professional, and ready to start ASAP.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Researches, programs, plans, designs and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, building materials and systems.
• Produces conceptual plans, renderings and documents.
• Plans and programs layout of project (s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
• Working with the Project Manager, may direct, supervise, and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, schematic design phase, and/or the detailed design phase of a project.
• Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.
• Ensures work is completed on-time and Performs related duties and projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture.

• With or without Licensed .

• At least 1-2 years experience in architectural design.

• Willing to start ASAP, Enthusiastic and Professional at work

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Comfortable in creating, reading and understanding blueprints and drawings.
