GHD Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Architect/Revit Modeler to join a workshare team, remotely assisting our UAE office while collaborating with our Architecture & Design Group.

You will produce detailed drawings, models, specifications, and reports, manage Revit model development, perform clash detection, and mentor the design team, with a hybrid work setup combining office and home.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting and Revit modeling.
• High level Revit skills; rendering in Revit is a plus.
• Experience with architectural detailing and interior design documentation.

Aufgaben

• Deliver detailed documents and drawings meeting project briefs and specifications.
• Develop drawings, models, specifications, reports and related design documents.
• Oversee day-to-day technical documentation and Revit model development.
• Produce technical docs with Senior Architect/Design Manager and ensure QA/QC.
• Conduct Revit clash detections and multidisciplinary checks.
• Self-manage drafting processes and mentoring the design team.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for experiencedArchitect/Revit Modeleras part of a workshare team, remotely assisting our UAE office while in collaboration with our Architecture * Design Group.

This position offers good variety of work that will see you involved in:

• Working closely with architects/engineers and other designers to produce a detailed set of documents and drawings that meet project brief, scope, and specifications.
• Prepare, and develop drawings, models, specifications, reports, and other documents relating to the design.
• Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the technical and design documentation/Revit Model development.
• Work closely with the Senior Architect/Design Manager to produce technical documentation for various projects.
• Have full oversight and quality check of production of design and technical documentation.
• Responsible for Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary checks.
• Checking project models and drawings for quality assurance and dimensional accuracy.
• Self-management and coordination of drafting processes, data, and modeling information.
• Mentoring, sharing knowledge, and upskilling the design team regarding Technical Delivery and Model development.

What you will bring to the team:

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• High level of skill in Revit. Rendering in Revit is a plus.
• Good experience with architectural detailing.
• Familiarity with joinery, finishes and other interior design documentation is a plus.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and able to review/check their own work before submission to team lead.
• Regenerative design / dynamo / grasshopper, etc. is a plus- Understanding in ESD concept and Revit plugin (insight etc) is a plus.
• Available to work from 12:00 NN to 9:00 PM

This job offer can be based either inMakati, Quezon City or Cebu City,depending on your home base / location.
