GHD is seeking an Senior Civil Engineer to join our Civil Infrastructure group. You will lead and deliver civil infrastructure projects, overseeing design, calculations, reports and specifications across Dams & Tailings, Energy & Industrial, and Land Development sectors.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to proposals and tenders. The role supports a hybrid work model and offices in Makati, Quezon City, or Cebu.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in civil infrastructure projects with design delivery and leadership.
• Strong background in civil design across dams & tailings, energy & industrial, and land development.
• Experience in leading design reviews and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to mentor junior engineers.
• Experience with proposals, tenders and work-winning activities is an advantage.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our Civil Infrastructure business group. In this role, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects across a range of sectors, providing technical leadership, engineering expertise, guidance to multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle, and mentorship.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, technical standards, and project objectives.
• Prepare and review engineering designs, calculations, reports, and specifications for Dams & Tailings, Energy & Industrial, and Land Development sectors.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
• Support and mentor junior engineers and team members, helping to build technical capability across the team.
• Contribute to project proposals, tenders, methodologies, and technical submissions as required.

What You Will Bring To The Team

• 10+ years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects, with demonstrated experience in design delivery and technical leadership.
• Strong civil engineering design background across Dams & Tailings, Energy & Industrial, and Land Development sectors
• Experience in leading design reviews, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing technical oversight.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across local and global teams.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior engineers and contribute to team development.
• Proactive, quality-focused, and solutions-oriented approach to project delivery.
• Experience in proposals, tenders, and work-winning activities is an advantage.
