Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Newly licensed architect or Fresh Board passer
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Google Suites
• Knowledge in SketchUp, Revit, or other design software is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and technical documentation
• Support the design team in developing architectural concepts and project presentations
• Review drawings and coordinate with engineering disciplines to ensure design alignment
• Conduct site visits and assist in monitoring architectural works and project progress
• Ensure that architectural works follow approved plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Assist in preparation of reports, documentation, and project records
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders as needed
