Millennium Erectors Corporation seeks an Architectural Design Engineer to develop architectural designs and construction documents for ground-up projects, ensuring compliance with codes and project requirements. You will coordinate with structural, civil, MEP teams, review submittals, and sign and seal drawings as required, contributing to cost-effective, compliant designs.
Experience with CAD/BIM tools and knowledge of building codes are essential.
Job Summary:
The Architectural Design Engineer is responsible for developing architectural designs and construction documents for ground-up construction projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction drawings.
Prepare and review architectural plans, specifications, and technical documents.
Sign and seal architectural plans and documents as required.
Coordinate architectural designs with structural, civil, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and design revisions.
Conduct site inspections and address design-related construction issues.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
Support value engineering and cost-effective design solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
Licensed Architect with valid PRC license and authority to sign and seal architectural designs and documents.
Experience in architectural design and construction, preferably ground-up projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar CAD/BIM software.
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
