Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Admin, Finance, or related course.
• 1+ year experience in invoicing, delivery audit, AR, or related field.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and clerical skills are welcome.
• Detail-oriented with experience in end-to-end financial processes.
• Skilled in managing high-volume AP/AR cycles and month-end reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Transmit returns and credit memo attachments
• Receive and scan remittances from Sales
• Encode checks and post incoming payments in SAP
• Post and transmit endorsed credit memos
• Support finance team with other assigned tasks
