Job summary

HireBooth is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Metro Manila to monitor debt collections, prepare statements, and maintain accurate billing records. The role involves collaboration with billers, account managers, and operations to resolve invoice issues and ensure timely payments.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of AR experience, an Associate degree or equivalent, and strong Excel skills. HVAC/R knowledge is a plus, and familiarity with Great Plains and ERP systems is

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as an AR Analyst.
• HVAC/R knowledge preferred but not required.
• Great Plains knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
• Proficiency with accounting ERP systems.
• Advanced experience in Excel.
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others.
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City and Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day processing of financial transactions to keep finances accurate.
• Research in Great Plains and/or customer portals to understand billing details.
• Create AR aging and metrics reports.
• Resolve invoice issues with billers, account managers, and operations.
• Check missing and unresolved payment issues.
• Stratify collection activities to maximize cash receipts.
• Investigate unidentified or lost payments.
• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment.
• Collaborate with AR Manager to meet collection goals.
• Post and reconcile customer payments to ledgers.
• Maintain records of customer payment status.
• Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits.
