Job summary

Chromaesthetics Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable specialist to manage AR transactions, reconcile online payments, and monitor ecommerce settlements from platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee. You will collaborate with Finance, Ecommerce, and Operations teams, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely payment reconciliation.

A bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in AR or ecommerce finance are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
1–2 years experience in AR/reconciliation or ecommerce finance operations.
Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, or similar ecommerce platforms preferred.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
Familiarity with online payment, settlement, and reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

Process and monitor accounts receivable transactions and customer payments.
Reconcile sales, payments, refunds, and settlements from TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other ecommerce platforms.
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on discrepancies or unpaid transactions.
Verify marketplace settlement reports against internal sales and accounting records.
Prepare and maintain accurate AR and ecommerce reconciliation reports.
Investigate and resolve payment, settlement, and transaction discrepancies.
Coordinate with Finance, ecommerce, and Operations teams regarding payment and settlement concerns.
Maintain organized records and supporting documents for all transactions.
