HEBE BEAUTY COSMETICS INC. is seeking a detail-oriented e-commerce coordinator to manage TikTok Shop listings and drive sales.

You will oversee product details, pricing, images, and promotions while coordinating with warehouse teams for order fulfillment and inventory accuracy. The role includes monitoring sales performance and supporting livestream selling activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update TikTok Shop product listings with accurate names, descriptions, prices, images, and promotions.
• Monitor and process customer orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely fulfillment.
• Track product inventory and ensure stock availability online.
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns on TikTok Shop.
• Assist in planning and executing campaigns, vouchers, discounts, and other promotions.
• Monitor daily and monthly online sales performance and report findings.

• Coordinate with TikTok Live Hosts/Streamers to support livestream selling activities.

• Monitor product performance and recommend ways to improve sales and engagement.

• Stay updated on TikTok Shop trends, features, campaigns, and e-commerce best practices.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
