Job summary

Responsibilities include leading collections and dispute activities, presenting regular reports, and guiding projects to meet objectives in alignment with corporate strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; 6+ years in finance/AR/pricing.
• 3+ years in a leadership position.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage, influence, coach, develop others, and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise End-to-End CIR teams with 1:1s and workload prioritization.
• Drive team development and career growth.
• Facilitate meetings to reconcile issues and ensure timely payments.
• Analyze team data to derive actionable directives.
• Set priorities, assign tasks, and lead change initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports on collections and dispute activities.
• Lead projects aligned with business strategies and deadlines.
