Job summary

Magnetar Global International Philippines PVT.LTD Corp. is seeking a professional to manage Accounts Receivable and Collections, including reconciling with regional distributors.

The role covers documentation of claims, delinquent account resolutions, and back-up support for the team. Ideal candidates have a BS in Accountancy or Financial Management, with at least 2 years in AR/Collections and FMCG exposure, contributing to monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting and audit/compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections Management.
• Knowledge of FMCG industry preferred.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Documentation of Claims and other Invoice-related deductions
• Processing resolution of delinquent accounts and other necessary functions in collections, billing and customer service
• Maintaining accurate documentation of all collection activities performed
• Identifying and analyzing collection patterns and work with management in recommending collection recovery strategies to improve operational efficiencies proactively
• Gather and compile details as required for month, quarter, year-end reporting as well as audit/compliance reporting
• Countering and POD management of NKA Customers
• Support audit and compliance activities
• Perform other duties as assigned including back-up functions for the team
