Job summary

Biopharma Careers in Taguig seeks a seasoned Cash Applications Specialist to manage receivables, perform accurate daily cash application tasks in our ERP and banking systems, and deliver timely, high-quality reports to stakeholders.

Candidates should have at least 4 years in accounting/finance with full-cycle AR experience and fluent English. Flexibility with shifts is required, and the role is based at BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/College Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• Initial work experience in accounting/finance with direct related experience with full-cycle AR or accounting knowledge preferred.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience with leadership capacity including experience to complex and non-standard processes, exception, and issue handling.
• SME (Subject Matter Expert) with exposure to people management.
• Experience in cash applications, credit management, Bank Reconciliations and AR reporting.
• Experience within a Shared Services Center preferred.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP system preferred.
• Fluent English language skills required.
• Must be flexible on any shift.
• Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig

Responsibilities

• Performing daily incoming payment clear tasks with high accuracy.
• Providing high quality of the services/reports to stakeholders.
• Ensuring all given KPIs & timelines/deadlines are met.
• Staying in constant touch with our stakeholders/customers.
• Supporting for all Audit /ICS/ other external queries.
• Supporting additional ad-hoc projects/tasks.
• Handle complex requests, inquiries and issues related to accounts receivable and credit management activities, including follow up and resolution of such incidents.
