Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is seeking a Cash Application Specialist to ensure accurate cash application and timely processing. You will coordinate with stakeholders to maintain high-quality financial records and resolve issues effectively.

The role emphasizes reliable cash posting, attention to detail, and adherence to client SOPs in a fast-paced Shared Services environment in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cash application, accounts receivable, or related finance operations experience.
• Experience in a process-driven operational environment.
• Experience partnering with internal stakeholders is desirable.
• Experience in shared services, GBS, or delivery centre environments is an advantage.
• Willingness to work onsite in Taguig, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Complete cash application activities accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Ensure incoming cash is applied correctly and records are maintained.
• Provide 1st level support and escalation coordination to maintain service quality.
