Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Accounts Officer (AR/AP) to drive accurate processing across both payable and receivable functions. You will work with Finance, Sales, and Distribution to manage invoices, reconciliations, and month-end activities, ensuring timely settlements and clean ledgers.

The role requires a hands-on accounts professional comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Onsite work in Uptown BGC with a day shift is anticipated.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience with product-based or wholesale businesses is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end AP/AR processes and reconciliations.
• Strong skills in maintaining vendor and customer statements and ledgers.
• Experience reconciling payments across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices in ProSpend and AP ledgers accurately.
• Reconcile credit card statements and bank payments across multiple accounts.
• Maintain clean GL and landed costs and ensure timely approvals.
• Manage debtor accounts, including credit limits, collections, and rebates.
• Support month-end close and cross-functional finance activities.
