Job summary

2GO Group is seeking an AR Accountant to ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and clean reconciliations that reinforce cash flow. You will validate documents, prepare complete billing packages, monitor due invoices, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

The role covers AR reporting, credit assessment, and ensuring audit-ready records, with duties spanning from billing to SL-GL reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Accountancy-related course.
• At least 6 months of relevant work experience, preferably in Shipping/Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Billing management: validate and package invoices, update receipts, and forward to collections.
• Collection management: monitor due invoices, follow up with clients, and send statements of account.
• Account management & reporting: generate monthly AR reports and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
• Credit granting: process customer applications and advise on credit lines.
• Other duties: maintain records and perform SL-GL reconciliations for AR accounts.
