Job summary

Aprio is seeking an Accounting Associate to join its Outsourcing team in a hybrid setup in the Philippines. You will verify deposits, code invoices, perform reconciliations, and support vendor and GL processes using Sage Intacct and other platforms.

With an accounting degree and preferably CPA experience, you will collaborate with a dynamic team, handle multiple projects, and contribute to process improvements while benefiting from growth opportunities and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree is required.
• CPA licensure is advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years in the BPO industry.
• Experience with Sage Intacct, QBO and Bill.com.
• Familiar with general ledger and bill-pay software.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and ability to multi-task.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Teams.

• Verify daily deposits to ensure accuracy

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy

Position Responsibilities

• Verify daily deposits to ensure accuracy
• Accurately enter and code invoices for payment
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Capability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite products, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Amenable to work mid shift starting from 3:00 PM-12:00 AM PHT.
• Hybrid Set up (2 days onsite, 3 days work from home) either in our Makati or Clark Office.
