wattgen is seeking an experienced AI consulting professional to drive value for large enterprises. You will identify AI opportunities, run discovery workshops, and prototype AI-first operating models to demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

8+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role (RPA/AI/automation).
Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., CS, Data Science, Engineering).
Proven track record deploying AI/automation in production with Python and databases.

Responsibilities

Identify AI and automation use cases across functions in large businesses to unlock efficiencies.
Facilitate workshops with business and technical teams to surface pain points and priorities.
Map processes and design AI-first, future-state workflows to transform operations.
Build business cases with metrics, measured outcomes, and risk trade-offs for leadership.
Rapidly prototype use cases using RPA and AI-augmented tooling to demonstrate value.
Produce detailed specs and hand over to development teams for build.
