Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in IT, HR tech, or related field.
• Experience supporting enterprise apps, HR, payroll, or learning systems.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ServiceNow preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for People Solutions applications.
• Manage incidents and problems through ITSM processes to resolution.
• Monitor performance, identify root causes, and improve reliability.
• Assist upgrades, releases, and configuration changes with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and run documentation.
