Job summary

Nityo Infotech Services Pte Ltd is seeking an Application Support / Vendor Support Analyst to verify vendor handoffs, coordinate deployment requests, and move code across environments.

The ideal candidate has strong PL/SQL skills and excellent communication to collaborate with vendors, project teams and business stakeholders across SIT, UAT and Production environments. Experience with batch jobs, scripts and deployment tools is a plus.

We are looking for an Application Support / Vendor Support Analyst who will be responsible for verifying vendor handoffs, coordinating deployment requests, and moving code and application components across different environments.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, particularly in PL/SQL, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with vendors, project teams, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong PL/SQL experience
• Experience working with SIT, UAT, and Production environments
• Experience in application deployment and release activities
• Knowledge of batch jobs, scripts, JAR files, and application components
• Experience with file transfers/import-export processes
• Familiarity with firewall/whitelisting requests is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience working with vendors is an advantage
